About PPM
Our primary company goal is to be the most professional, yet personal property management company. We understand property owners have differing needs and they deserve flexible, personalized service. This is particularly true for absentee owners. Many of our clients work with the Foreign Service, the State Department, or various embassies.
We limit the geographic area we serve to ensure that we can continue to provide superior property management services to all of our clients. This allows us quick and easy access to properties for routine inspections or to look at a specific problem.
Most of our staff members have been with the company for several years, directly contributing to the competent management of your property. We know what we are doing, and are proud of it!

"I will be happy to tell you about PPM because they are absolutely the best. The first person who mentioned the company to me was a US Senator who spoke highly of Howard Beiles, who owns the company. The next person who raved about their services was the resident manager of my condo association who said the company was really good and she had never had a problem with their services when they managed a condo in the building.
Believe me when I tell you to look closely at property managers because you only get what you pay for. I could write a book about problems with a previous company and was talking about my problems with a Marine officer who told me PPM managed his property. Well, after three good references about PPM within just a few days, I contacted them. It was truly the best thing I ever did for myself because they were very professional, gave me the straight facts, and did everything they said they would.
Actually, I put them to the test a few months later and don't know what on earth I would have done if they had not been managing my property. My tenant decided he was not going to pay any more rent and started to threaten me. PPM was right on top of things and did all the legal work, and went to court several times to get the renter evicted. Once the eviction was done--took months but that's the law--PPM took over and totally renovated the condo. I asked them to manage it and just send me a bill--they picked the colors, carpet, window dressings---whole nine yards and got me a new tenant. The condo was perfect, the renter perfect, and I didn't have a nervous breakdown over the nutcase renter who was evicted. Instead of worrying, I took off on a long trip to Africa and they took care of everything while I was gone. I sing their praises to everyone I know, and never have to worry about what's going on with my rental unit.
PS - There is a man who works for PPM who is the man of my
dreams--never met him of course--but he has saved me thousands of dollars in recommending excellent contractors for my own home.
At his recommendation, I chose a heating and air conditioning company who came in at nearly $2000 less than other contractors and
their work was far superior to what my neighbors got for a lot more money. He is very helpful and I appreciate his good advice
because some of my friends have been burned very badly with unreliable contractors, especially women in my age group."
