A little PPM history
In 1985, Howard Beiles and Evelyn Hambleton started Professional Property Management of Northern Virginia, a company exclusively dedicated to residential property management and leasing.
Because no two properties are alike, Howard and Evelyn decided their primary company goal is to be the most professional, yet personal property management company. Property owners have differing needs and they deserve personalized service.
PPM grew steadily over the years, primarily through the referrals of satisfied clients, and the agents who referred them. Our steady growth indicates that the Beiles-Hambleton team is achieving its goal—the PPM reputation speaks for itself!
